Ok ok, let me give a brief, todays post is about a mouth watering snacks or starter anything you can call it with potato as the king😃
Yeah, i know i dont like to cook, but me being a foodie, sometimes cant stop myself from cooking yummy food whenever i feel like eating, but not always hehehe…
I would be sharing with you the receipe of this dish called CAJUN SPICY POTATO
When the first time i went Barbeque nation restaurant, in veg starter they served it and since then it got added to my fav dish list…
In this lockdown thought why not to try making it? As its very simple and gets prepared too fast!
👉🏻Baby potatos (as per your wish you can take how many you want to eat)
👉🏻Veg mayoneese tandoori or veg mayoneese chilli (1/2 cup)
👉🏻Ginger powder (1-2 tea spoon)
👉🏻Garlic powder (1-2 tea spoon)
👉🏻Chilly powder (1-2 tea spoon)
👉🏻Corn flour (1 table spoon or more as per crispyness you want)
👉🏻All purpose flour (1 table spoon)
*Boil the baby potatos first.
*In a bowl mix mayoneese sauce, ginger powder, garlic powder, chilly powder, salt to prepare a semi thick batter, do not make it much thin or else there wont be any proper taste.
(You can also add mix herb, chilly flakes, onion powder, if you want)
*Gently press the boiled potatos in hands to make it an oval shape, do like that for all potatoes.
*In a bowl, add 1table spoon corn flour, and all purpose flour, a bit salt and water to prepare thin batter(do not make more thinner)
*Boil the oil in pan.
*Dip the oval shaped potatoes in the corn flour+all purpose flour+water batter and fry them in pan till golden brown.
*At last pour the Cajon sauce prepared on all the fried potatoes on plate and serve it (If you love onion and corriandor leaves then you can pour a bit)
Do try it friends, within 20-30mins it will be ready.if you are a potato lover then for sure you would love this dish.😃❤️
