Cherishing golden memories-1

Heya peeps, whatsup… Today i was just going through documents and came across greeting cards which i made in college days for my parents and sister… Felt nostalgic totally and could not stop myself from clicking them and ofcourse i had to share it with you all as i do always!! As i always say i love handmade cards more than those in shops…So pals today i will share cards which i made for my mother on her birthdays!! I have made collages of them, do let me know how you felt in comment section…

  26. Very personal gifts and card are so special. I have not so meticulously crafted birthday cards before but have selected gifts for people or made them by hand which have special meaning and I know are particular for them. That’s why I dislike and avoid the whole ‘Secret-Santa’ ritual that it becoming more and more popular. I often chose a gift for someone with particular thought to them, their tastes, their passions and I know they will get a lot out of them. Pooling all of the presents together to be chosen by the attendees in a random order, then perhaps being swapped with the gift chosen by the latest number … It takes the personal and thoughtful nature out of gift-giving and I don’t like it.   41. Reminds me of things I did.
    I wrote some poems for my mother.
    And I paid attention to writing with a beautiful writing style, unlike now…

    It’s good to look back and find such wonderful things, not only for (hopefully) for yourself, but also those around you. ❤
    Because not all is lost and it wasn't always like this.

  48. Those bygone memories and cards were so amazing and it is worth keeping… It reminds me of a friend who treasured my letter for her for more than two decades now. And it is really a wonderful friendship honed with time and distance though we belong to different races.
