  28. Well done mate, as time goes by you gain more and more recognition for your skills. I will try to track this one down too. Unfortunately Amazon and various other groups have claimed that they are unable to ship to my isolated location (Western Australia) but I will push them until they they are willing to send me a copy of your work (preferably signed).
